nbc fires longtime news anchor matt lauer-- new women now coming forward accusing home of sexual misconduct. the new york times is reporting two more women have come forward with complaints against lauer -- including a former employee who claims he had sex with her -- in his office. "variety" published an article wednesday that it had been working on for months... citing specific claims by women he worked with. it accused lauer of dropping his pants in front of a colleague -- and having a button under his desk that would let him lock his door without ever getting up. former fox news anchor -- gretchen carlson weighed in on the case talking about how much society has changed since last year when she sued her former boss, roger ailes, for sexual harassment. lauer's firing -- comes after an unidentified

the man charged with murdering four people in tampa, florida will make his first court appearance today. and we're learing about what led to 24-year-old howell donaldson's arrest on tuesday. donaldson, a mcdonald's employee, gave the restaurant's manager a bag with a gun in it for safe keeping, then left. police say they matched the gun and donaldson's cell phone data to the murders. donaldson graduated in january from st. john's university in new york. until tuesday's arrest, he had no criminal record. investigators are trying to find a motive for the killings. also developing, an incident at the world court in the hague, has people around the world stunned. the judge told a man, his 20-year sentence for war crimes during the bosnian war would

then this happened. after swallowing poison, the man calmly announced, "i have taken poison." attempts to revive him failed. it's unclear how he was able to smuggle poison into court. security procedures are now being tightened. take a look at this bus crash in albuquerque, new mexico! this is a brand new rapid transit bus, which the city had just unveiled. video taken from the front of the bus shows a red car swerving in front of it. that car was in a new dedicated bus lane. for months, the city warned drivers, they're not allowed to drive in those bus lanes. city transit officials have now issued another reminder. an update this morning on a norfolk mother, charged with a felony for sending her 9-year old daughter to school with a recording device. all charges have been dropped against sarah sims. she faced felony charges of intercepting wi

about a phone scam targeting grandparents. police say there have been two victims. they each lost five-thousand dollars. we talked with one victim, joyce thomas of silver spring. she recently received a call from a man who sounded upset. the man asked if his lawyer could call. another man did, and said he needed five-thousand dollars for bail. so thomas went to the bank and wired money. she eventually called her grandson, and was surprised to learn, he wasn't in jail. she's now working with police and the bank to try to get her money back. we are about to start decembers-- but apparently super hero fans are already excited about next summer. that's when "avengers: infinity war" hits theaters. a new trailer for the super hero flick
